Payment & Refund Policy

01Who pays

Agencies pay for CamRiser, through a monthly subscription for the models on their account. A model who signs up on their own, without an agency, pays the same way for themselves. Staff and models an agency adds, models of CamRiser Agency and affiliates do not pay us anything.

Payments are made by card and processed by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.

02Prices

There is one plan, and every model on it gets every feature. You pay per model per month, and each model's price depends on what that model earned the month before, on all their cam sites together, as recorded in CamRiser: the more they earned, the higher the step and its price. The steps and their prices are shown on our website and on your Subscription page, in US dollars.

For a new model's first month, you choose the step that matches what the model earns a month (or the one you told us when you signed up) before you pay for their place. A model who has already worked with CamRiser in the last 30 days, not counting a free trial, is on the step their earnings in those 30 days set.

An agency may instead have a price agreed individually with us: one price per model, whatever the models earn.

Prices do not include taxes. Where we have to charge tax, it is added to the invoice.

If we change our prices, we tell you in advance by email. The new price applies from your first billing date after that, and you can stop your subscription before it does.

03Free trial

When we offer a free trial, it starts by itself, without a card: for an agency when it adds its first model, for a model on their own once they confirm their email. For the time shown on your Subscription page, up to the number of models shown there work for free, with every feature.

Each agency gets one free trial, and so does each company and each cam site account: a company or a model's cam site account that has already had a trial, with any agency, does not get another.

If you pay during the trial, it ends and your subscription starts for all your models, including those on the trial. If you do not, your models cannot use CamRiser once the trial ends, until you pay. Your data stays.

We may change or end free trials at any time, including trials already running. If we end yours early, we tell your agency's managers by email.

04Billing and renewal

Your subscription starts with your first payment, and that day becomes your monthly billing date. You pay a month at a time, in advance.

On each billing date your card is charged automatically for every model then on your account, at the price of their step, until you stop the subscription.

Some banks ask you to confirm a payment on a secure page of our payment processor. Until you do, the payment is not complete. You can change your card and see your invoices from your Subscription page, and you get a receipt by email for every payment.

05Adding and removing models

A new model starts working once you pay for their place: the price of their step for the days left until your next billing date.

When you remove a model, their place stays paid until your next billing date. A new model on the same step can take it before then at no extra charge. From your next billing date, you pay for one model fewer.

06When a price changes

A few hours before each billing date, we look at what each model earned in the month that is ending and set their step for the month ahead. If their step changes, the new price applies from that billing date; nothing changes during a month already paid for.

Your Subscription page shows each model's step and what your next invoice will be.

07Stopping your subscription

You can stop your subscription at any time on your Subscription page. It keeps running until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you can change your mind until then.

After that, your models cannot use CamRiser until you pay again. Your data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

08Failed payments

If a payment fails, we try your card again over the following days, and the app shows your agency's managers that a payment is due.

If the payment is still not made after a grace period of 3 days, your models cannot use CamRiser until it is paid. As soon as you pay, they can work again.

09Refunds

We do not refund a month that has already started, including when you stop your subscription, remove a model or a model's step goes down. You keep using what you paid for until your next billing date.

If we made a mistake, for example charged you twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full to the card you paid with. Write to us at [email protected]. A refund usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

10Disputes

If something about a payment looks wrong, please write to us first at [email protected]; we will sort it out with you. If you open a dispute with your bank instead, we may pause your account while the dispute is open.
